Design of a villa conceived by L.Eynard, with construction supervision carried out by Sudlegno, who also contributed to the design development and execution of bespoke wooden and marble furnishings.
This project focuses exclusively on the bespoke interior fit-out, conceived as an extension of the architectural space rather than a layer added to it.
Hallway / Bedroom area
In the bedroom area, spatial boundaries are deliberately resolved without the use of traditional partitions. Instead, custom-designed oak cabinetry combined with panels in Sardinian cork define the transition between corridor and sleeping space. These elements operate simultaneously as storage systems and spatial dividers, replacing the need for fixed walls while maintaining continuity, lightness, and visual permeability. The result is a threshold condition where furniture becomes architecture, structuring privacy through density and material rather than enclosure.
Kitchen / Living area
The kitchen follows the same logic, designed as a monolithic, fully bespoke volume in Biancone di Orosei marble. Every element—front and side cabinetry, worktop, and integrated sink—is carved from a single material, reinforcing continuity and precision while reducing the composition to a clear, unified gesture. The kitchen is treated not as an assembled system of components, but as a solid architectural mass in which function is absorbed into form.
This continuity extends beyond the interior, where the marble volume continues uninterrupted into the garden, forming an outdoor BBQ area. The transition between inside and outside is deliberately blurred: the same material and design language are carried through, shifting only in use and exposure. Rather than a separate external element, the BBQ becomes a direct extension of the domestic space, maintaining spatial and material coherence while opening the project to the landscape.
